Of the four different issues of this 1559 edition that Ashby has distinguished by the number of lines in the preface and in the descriptive text following the triple plate of engraved views of the ports, Library's copy has 23 lines in the preface and 50 on the recto, 20 on the verso of leaf [32], corresponding to his "a" of the 1559 ed. and "A" of the first issue (1552).
